To change your password, please log in to our customer account with your e-mail and password. In the menu item "General Overview" you can change your password under "Change Password" by typing in your new password, repeating it in the field next to it and then confirming with "Change Password".

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Reset and reassign password". There you will also find an explanation of how to restore your account. Alternatively, you can get there by clicking on "Have you forgotten your password?" Simply set a new one.
